Vladimir’s path to engraving began in the automotive industry, where car painting and custom tuning taught him precision, patience, and creativity. After watching an engraver at work, he became fascinated by the craft and began studying and practicing engraving at home.

Vladimir trained for a year as an apprentice at Lobortas Jewelry House under master craftsmen who refined his technique, discipline, and artistic vision. He went on to spend seven years at Lobortas, continually developing his skills as an engraver.

What began as a hobby quickly became Vladimir’s calling. He was drawn to the quiet artistry of engraving and the ability to transform metal through skill and imagination. That desire to create, improve, and push beyond what is expected continues to drive his work today.

Vladimir sees engraving as a balance of technical discipline and artistic expression. Years of study, constant practice, and training under master craftsmen shaped his approach: keep refining the technique, keep creating, and never stop exploring what the craft can become.
